Classic Canals

Being among the nation’s oldest cities, Suzhou is well known in China and abroad. One of its many treasures is its canals and water ways.

Classic Gardens

The ancient city of Suzhou has an enviable location and trading history that has resulted in a unique level of prosperity and fortune through the ages.

The Master-of-Nets Garden

The Master-of-Nets Garden serves to illustrate how the few surpasses the many and the small exceeds the large. Today the Master-of-Nets Garden has 22 buildings, 2 doors with richly carved earthen ornamentation,15 plate aux, 9 parallel couplets,15 brick and stone carvings, 32 stelae, and 8 rare species of old trees, namely Sabina Chincherinchee, Pinus bungeana,etc.

The Township of Mudu

Mudu Township 10km west to suzhou is a famous historical and cultural town of Jiangsu Province.

The Township of Tong Li

Being an ancient township, Tong Li borders on Tongli Lake on the east, Nanxin Lake on the south, adjoins Pangshan Lake on the west, Jiuli Lake on the north and Wusong Jiang River on the northwest.

The Twin Pagodas

The Twin Pagodas are the two pagodas most characteristic of Suzhou. They are artistic and natural as they are close at hand.
