Feng Gate

Feng Gate is located at the east of Suzhouand to the south of Xiang Gate. It was originally named after Fengyu Mountain. Since there were Yuzhuan Yufu fish (finless porpoises) in rivers nearby, it was also called Yuzhuan Gate and Yufu Gate.

Chimen Gate

Chimen (Red) Gate is located 1.5 kilometers south of Xiangmen Gate. The gate faces the south.

Changmen Gate

Changmen Gate, was connected to Changmen Street (today’s Xizhongshi), and is shown in the picture, Bustling Suzhou drawn during the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty.

Chongyuan Temple

Chongyuan Temple is a Buddhist temple constructed in 503 during the reign of Tianjian Emperor Liangwudi, with a history of 1,504 years.

Mudu

Mudu, near Suzhou, has a history of 2,500 years, but its gardens truly make the town an outstanding place to visit.

Classic Lakes

In Suzhou are the Classic Lakes that are not only beautiful in their vastness and nature but hugely significant to China as a whole.
